The Ktima Aniforeli Luxury Villas complex is located on the foothills overlooking the Sivota Bay in an idyllic setting of eleven acres of land full of olive trees. As you enter through the gate to the property, you will be completely amazed by the picturesque scenery and the two villas that are completely in line with the natural enviroment.
On the second floor there is an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace and a sectional sofa. It also has air conditioning, a 42’’ LED television and a bookcase displaying a collection of old objects. There is also a WC on this level. The main balcony has a living-room and dining-room French door for your moments of pleasure, from where you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool and surroundings. A few steps lead to the pool area with an infinity swimming pool. Sunbeds and umbrellas are there to add to your relaxation. The flowers and herbs planted all around serve to enhance the landscape’s beauty. A walk path with steps leads visitors to the village in just three minutes, where they can take a stroll or do their daily shopping.
Two steps lead to the bedroom, which consists of two single beds that can easily be joined together into a comfortable double bed with an anatomic mattress, a 28’’ television, an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and a balcony.
On the third floor we can find a bedroom with a king-size bed and anatomic mattress, air conditioning, a 28’’ LED television and an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have a French door and a window offering a magical view to the mountains and the sea.
The bedroom balconies of both houses offer an unobstructed panoramic view to both the village and the vast blue of the Ionian Sea, from where the eyes can travel to the surrounding islands, all the way to Ithaca and Cephalonia.
On the first floor lies a guestroom with a 43’’ LED television with an ensuite bathroom which can be transformed into a bedroom with a double bed. On the same level there is the pool area which can be accessed directly through the French door.
